Aisha special Chicken Koftay recipe

 Ingridients. Chicken(boneless) Salt Red chilli powder Turmic powder  Zeera powder Coriander powder Garam masala powder Onion  Genger , Garlic powder Green chilli Coriender fresh yougurt Chat masala Tomato Oil Black chilli Method. In a mixing bowl, add chicken mince, onions, green chillies, garlic and coriander leaves. Mix it well, and make balls of the mixture. Keep it in the refrigerator. Next, fry onions and grind them into a paste with curd. Heat oil in a pan, add the whole spices and ginger-garlic paste. Once the raw smell is gone, add the brown paste and tomato puree. Add all the spice powders except garam masala. Fry on low heat with a splash of water for 2-3 mins till oil separates. Add water and garam masala. Slide in the meatballs and cover pan. Let the kofta cook for 20-25 minutes.

Aisha Special Ice cream fruit chat

 Ingridients. Apple Banana Peach Grapes Mango Pine Apple Pomegrante Apple , Carrot ( moraba )  Guava Grape fruits Orange and lemon juice  Aisha special chat masala Salt to taste last but not the least you need ice cream . Method . Cutt all the fruits in to the bowl . Add them orange and lemon juice. You can also add some imli pulp. Mix them.Now add some chat masala and mix them well . in last serve it with lots off moraba and ice cream . you can eat chat with your favourite ice cream flavour . Enjoy it with your family and friend.

Aisha Special Chicken Patties

 Ingridients. Boneless chicken 1   onion, finely chopped 1   bunch   fresh parsley, finely chopped 1   large   egg 2   cloves   garlic, crushed  salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste if you like spice you can add some chopped green chilli. METHOD. Combine chicken, onion, parsley, egg, garlic, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Add mayonnaise and stir to combine; the mixture will be quite soft. Place flour in a shallow bowl. Drop large spoonfuls of the chicken mixture into the flour. Roll to coat and press gently into patties. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken patties in the hot oil until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, 5 to 7 minutes per side. Enjoy it with tea or Coffe with your family or Friends.

Aisha Special Fish recipe

 Ingridients. Rao Fish  Oil for fry Genger paste  Garlic paste Salt  Red chilli powder  Red chilli flekes Zeera  Coriander Garam masala powder lemon juice Aisha special fish masala Method. Wash the fish thoroughly and make sure there are no scale left on the the skin of the fish. Add lemon juice to your fish and let it sit for 5 mins. Add all the remaining spices along with 1 tbsp of oil and coat all the fish pieces well. Cover the marinated fish and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours or until needed. Shallow fry the fish at medium flame until they turn golden brown.

Aisha Special Chicken Chow mein Recipe

 Ingridients. Pasta  Sesame Oil Green Onion Carrot Capsicom Cabbage  Boneless chicken Soy souce  Vinege Cornstarch Chowmein souce Chilli souce  Oster souce  Woster souce Salt Black pepper Ginger,Garlic paste Method. In a small mixing bowl, combine ingredients for chow mein sauce: oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Set aside.  Cook noodles according to package instructions, set aside.  Heat a large wok or pan. Add a bit of oil to the pan and cook chicken until it’s golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside. Add carrots, cabbage and pressed garlic and saute for a few minutes until veggies are slightly softened.  Add chicken back to the pan, followed by cooked noodles and pour the sauce right on top. Cook for about 2 minutes, distributing all that saucy goodness around evenly. Add chopped green onions and remove from the heat. Serve hot

Aisha Special Chicken Karahi

 Ingridients. Chicken Onions Tomatos Garlic Genger yougart Salt Red chilli powder Turmic powder Zeera powder Coriander powder Garam masala powder Green chilli Parsalay for garnish Aisha special karahi  Masala Method. In a wok over medium heat, add oil. Once oil is hot, toss in the chopped onions and fry for 6-7 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Next, add the rinsed chicken pieces and stir until combined with the onion. Add yogurt, cumin, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste and stir until the chicken pieces are coated. Continue stirring for about 5-6 minutes on high heat. Tip in the tomatoes, cilantro and chillies and stir. Add water. Cover the wok with a lid, turn the flame to medium to low and let the karahi cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the lid and turn the flame to high and let the water evaporate. Once the water evaporates about 10-15 minutes, start to stir again. Boild the chickpea and potatoes.Cutting the potatoes ,bananas,onion,tomatoes and green chilli.Mix all them and add them salt ,Aisha special chat masala,coriander and green chilli chatni and yougart.Add tamarind pulp according your taste.Add some papri.Now papri chat is ready .Enjoy it with your family and friends.
